Ryan Benton has served as Chief Financial Officer since joining Enovix in April 2025. Mr. Benton brings 35 years of extensive financial, strategic, and operational experience to Enovix, including as Chief Financial Officer of several publicly listed and private companies in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and AI software industries.
Mr. Benton previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Silvaco, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVCO), a provider of software solutions for semiconductor and photonics design, and from July 2020 to August 2023, served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Tempo Automation (Nasdaq: TMPO), an electronics manufacturer. Prior to Tempo, Mr. Benton served as Chief Financial Officer of Revasum, a semiconductor capital equipment company, from September 2018 to July 2020, and as a Board Member of Revasum until October 2023. From August 2017 to September 2018, he served as Chief Financial Officer of BrainChip Holdings Ltd., a publicly listed AI software and chip solution provider and developer of neuromorphic circuits. From December 2012 to May 2017, Mr. Benton held various positions at Exar Corporation, a fabless semiconductor chip manufacturer, including Chief Financial Officer, and as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member from 2016 until the sale of Exar to MaxLinear, Inc. in May 2017.
Mr. Benton has served on several public company boards, including as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair. He started his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen & Company in 1991 and worked at various technology companies from 1993 to 2012, including ASMI and eFunds Corporation.
Mr. Benton received a Bachelor of Arts of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and passed the State of Texas Certified Public Accountancy exam.


Dr. Michael Vyvoda joined Enovix as Chief Operating Officer in July 2026. He brings more than 25 years of global operations, engineering, manufacturing and technology commercialization experience across consumer electronics, semiconductors, advanced materials and clean technology.
Prior to joining Enovix, Michael served as Chief Operating Officer of Magrathea Metals, where he led operations and engineering for the company’s electrolytic magnesium development platform. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Aircapture, where he took direct air capture technology from early development through commercialization, achieving successive generations of capital cost reduction and project execution.
Prior to that, Michael spent more than five years at Apple as Director of Product Operations for Audio Products, where he helped scale AirPods manufacturing from new product introduction to high-volume production across multiple Asian manufacturing sites, while leading cost reduction initiatives to support margin expansion.
Michael’s operations background also includes senior manufacturing roles at ThinFilm Electronics, GT Advanced Technologies, Twin Creeks Technologies, SanDisk and Matrix Semiconductor.
Michael holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.


Samira Naraghi is Chief Business Officer of Enovix, where she leads the company’s global commercial organization, including sales and business development, product management, marketing, and applications engineering. She is responsible for Enovix’s commercial strategy, customer engagement, product strategy, and go-to-market execution across its key markets.
Samira brings more than 22 years of experience in semiconductors, cloud computing, connectivity, and emerging technologies, with a track record of building businesses, launching new products, and developing go-to-market strategies for some of the world’s leading technology companies.
Prior to Enovix, Samira served as Global Head of Partnerships for Meta Connectivity, where she led strategic partnerships focused on wireless and fixed network infrastructure and technologies enabling next-generation connectivity and XR applications. Before Meta, she held a go-to-market and business development leadership role at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she helped drive adoption of AWS’s EC2 infrastructure platforms.
Earlier in her career, Samira held product, general management, and business leadership roles at Atheros Communications, Qualcomm, Rambus, and Integrated Device Technology (IDT).
Samira holds a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis in analog integrated circuit design, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Toronto. She serves on the Board of Industry Leaders of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA).


Arthi Chakravarthy has served as our Chief Legal Officer since April 2023. Since 2009, she has served as a Board Member of Hospital for Hope India, a non-profit hospital in rural India, which she co-founded.
She has 20 years of experience as a business attorney for semiconductor and manufacturing companies. Prior to Enovix, Ms. Chakravarthy served as General Counsel of Lightning eMotors, a zero emissions commercial vehicle manufacturing company. From March 2019 to July 2021, she served as Deputy General Counsel of Micron Technology, Inc., a semiconductor company. Before Micron, she was Vice President, Commercial Legal Affairs at TiVo, Inc., a consumer hardware company. Ms. Chakravarthy began her career at law firms including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Ms. Chakravarthy received a J.D. from Stanford Law School where she served as Editor of the Stanford Law Review. She has a B.A. in Human Biology with Honors from Stanford University.


Dr. Hongwei Yan joined Enovix in November 2024 and serves as Chief Technology Officer. He has extensive experience on battery development methodology, including battery material research, cell design and manufacturing.
Hongwei holds a strong track record of new product design and development for tier 1 customers in the consumer electronics market. From 2011 to 2015, he served as the head of cell product design team at Amperex Technology Limited (ATL). After several years of hard work and rapid learning, he trained and led a world class team and delivered more than 30 products with a 100% qualification pass rate, helping ATL establish a dominant position in the global market. Later, he joined Samsung SDI as Vice President of the Technology Platform and Cell Product Design team, committing to improve product reliability and enhance product competitiveness.
Hongwei holds a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Science, and a Master of Science degree in Inorganic Materials and a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science from Wuhan University of Technology. He has received 8 patents.


Iryna Romaniv joined Enovix in 2021 and has served as head of Human Resources (HR) since May 2022. She brings more than 14 years of experience in the technology industry and a successful track record of building HR support from scratch in both regional and global settings. She is currently responsible for all things people and culture at Enovix.
Prior to joining Enovix, Iryna was HR Director, Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Infineon Technologies (formerly Cypress Semiconductor), providing strategic HR support for executives, management, and employees across business lines globally. In this role, she was HR lead for multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to Infineon/Cypress in the US, Iryna was a site HRBP at Cypress managing the HR function for engineering teams across multiple locations in Europe.
Iryna holds a PhD from Kyiv National University in Ukraine.


Kristina Truong has served as our Chief Accounting Officersince December 2024. Prior to that, sheserved as Vice President of finance since joining Enovix in 2022, where she wasresponsible for accounting and financial reporting of the company.
Kristina brings over 25 years of experience guiding publicand private technology, life science and telecommunication companies worldwide.Kristina was instrumental in transitioning Enovix from a privately held companyto a publicly listed and commercial business. Prior to joining Enovix, Kristinawas a Senior Director, Corporate Controller at Spruce Biosciences, where shemanaged all facets of corporate accounting and finance as well as humanresources. Among her accomplishments, Kristina has successfully managed financeorganizations during numerous public and debt offerings, raising over $500million in proceeds.
Kristina is an active California Certified Public Accountantand holds a Bachelor of Science, specialized in Accounting at CapitalUniversity in Columbus, Ohio.


Steve joined Enovix in May 2026 as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, where he is responsible for scaling the global sales organization and driving sustainable revenue growth across the company’s target markets and applications.
Steve brings more than 35 years of semiconductor sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Enovix, he served as Vice President of Corporate Account Sales at Infineon Technologies, where he led the Apple account and helped restore the business to growth while significantly expanding its pipeline of design opportunities. Earlier at Infineon, he served as Senior Director of Switching Power for the Americas, leading a technical marketing and applications engineering organization responsible for over $0.5B in revenue.
Previously, Steve held executive commercial leadership roles at Xicor, Intersil, Conexant, Active-Semi, and SiTime, where he built a track record of rebuilding go-to-market organizations that drove increased revenue and profitability. Most notable were the turnarounds of Xicor and Intersil, which saw a nearly tenfold appreciation in valuation during his tenure. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Linear Technology, renowned for its industry leading gross margins, in sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibility, including pricing.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University and completed an executive program in leadership, innovation management, strategy and finance at INSEAD.


Kihong Park is a senior manufacturing and operations leader with 30 years of experience scaling lithium-ion battery production across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Kihong joined Enovix in 2023 following its acquisition of Routejade, a South Korea–based lithium-ion battery manufacturer, where he led the company’s operations and overall business as its CEO. He has since led the integration of the acquired assets, strengthened operational discipline, and improved yield across the Korea operation. As Senior Vice President and Head of Global Manufacturing, Kihong oversees Enovix’s manufacturing operations in Korea and Malaysia, with accountability for scale-up, performance, and volume execution.
Prior to Enovix, Kihong served in successive Vice President roles spanning Quality & Reliability, Operations, and Technology Innovation at SolarEdge Technologies Korea, overseeing the company’s battery production and quality systems. During his tenure at Kokam Co., Ltd., he led manufacturing excellence and cost-discipline initiatives that supported improved margins and financial resilience.
At Enovix, Kihong is steering the company’s next phase of commercial growth, applying deep high-volume manufacturing expertise to drive scalable execution and sustained performance.
Kihong holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chonnam National University in South Korea.


Jonathan Doan joined Enovix in 2014 and has held a variety of positions since his initial appointment. In April 2023, he was promoted to vice president of research and development. He is responsible for managing the technology development roadmap for Enovix, building a world class team for battery research and development, and interfacing with customers to tailor custom battery designs that meet their requirements.
Jon has more than 21 years of experience in industrial research and development with a proven track record of taking new products and ideas from conception to production and has a broad technical background. Prior to his current position, Jon served as senior director of data engineering and architecture at Enovix.
Before joining Enovix, Jon worked for Reel Solar, Inc. as a principal member of the technical staff and for Solyndra, Inc. as director of device integration. He also served as a technical manager in the Texas Instruments DLP TV Group. Jon began his career as an acting assistant professor at Stanford University’s Department of Materials Science and Engineering.
Jon holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has received 27 U.S. patents.


Edward (Ed) James Casey is a manufacturing leader with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling high-performance operations across global production networks.
He joins Enovix as Vice President of Operations, where he leads the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) organization. AME designs, builds, and supports the proprietary equipment behind Enovix’s battery production.
Prior to Enovix, Ed was Vice President of Operations at ams OSRAM, where he led automation and efficiency initiatives—scaling output from thousands to millions of units per week across three new product introductions annually, and reaching peak production of up to one billion units per year. Ed also held leadership roles at Western Digital, Seagate, and Komag, where he built resilient systems and scaled production to meet aggressive growth targets. At Western Digital, he oversaw all aspects of operations for the world’s largest hard disk drive substrate production site in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, producing over 500K units per day. He also implemented Lean, Factory Data Systems, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement across the operation.
As Enovix scales its manufacturing operations, Ed is focused on positioning AME as a strategic engine for growth. His priorities include accelerating execution, strengthening accountability, and advancing the proprietary equipment capabilities that set Enovix’s technology apart.


Dr. James Wilcox is the Vice President of Business Development and leads the Enovix Mobility team where he is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the electric vehicle program including product definition, business development and customer engagement.
James has over 20 years of experience in the battery industry and originally joined Enovix in 2008 as part of the core engineering team that developed the company’s proprietary stacked cell architecture. Between 2008 and 2017 he held numerous R&D roles focused on cell development and performance optimization. After a brief stint with Apple working in a Special Projects Group in 2018, he returned to Enovix as the Director of Strategy and Operations to lead strategic business development before being named head of Enovix Mobility in 2022.
James holds a Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering with a Designated Emphasis in Energy Science and Technology and a Masters of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from UC Berkeley. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Bates College. He has 7 patents related to battery materials, processing and cell design.
